Lesson length is age-appropriate: Reception 30 minutes, Year 1 45 minutes, KS2 (Years 2–6) 50 minutes.
Payment is upfront, monthly in advance. A secure payment link is sent once a slot is confirmed.
Please provide a quiet learning space and something to write with (a small whiteboard or notebook works well).
Cancellations and reschedules: let Ms Betty know as early as possible via WhatsApp or email.
Communication happens by WhatsApp or email. Ms Betty responds within 48 hours.
